The Data Architect will serve as a resource to ReportingMD regarding SQL server design specifications and development, SQL data logic, documentation, SQL testing and tuning for optimal SaaS performance in a multitenant application. Duties include performing analytical, SQL coding and software development for ReportingMD and their clients. The Data Architect should have an EXPERT understanding of MS SQL Server providing Scalable High Performing automated multi-threaded ETL processes as well as High Availability for a SaaS application.  Strong health care data knowledge required.

  • Design, develop, and test highly complex BI solutions on the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSRS, SQL Server Database, SSIS, SSAS and Power BI)
  • Design, develop and test high-quality automated Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) processes, programs and scripts to migrate data from source systems into the Data Warehouse and Data Marts.


  • 8+ years proven expertise on the Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SQL Server Database, SSIS, SSAS and Power BI)
  • 8+ years proven experience in database programming including scalable and high performance ETL, High Availability multitenant SaaS applications, complex SQL queries, complex stored procedures, database performance tuning and optimization on SQL Server database platform
  • Experience in roles where multi-level staff or client interaction is required
  • Healthcare industry experience highly preferred

The SQL Developer will serve as a resource to ReportingMD regarding SQL design specifications, SQL data logic, documentation and SQL testing. Duties include performing analytical, SQL coding and software development for ReportingMD and their clients. The SQL Developer should have an understanding of SQL, T-SQL, XML and Telerik tool sets.

  • Ability to effectively create SQL reports based on functional requirements
  • Establish SQL/XML data extraction routines for medical data
  • Design and layout functional SQL codes for Telerik reporting


Position requires a minimum of five years of SQL, and data manipulation/management experience.  At least three years of which that can be demonstrated to be applicable directly to the duties listed on the job description.

Individual must be extremely organized, have the ability to multitask and prioritize, communicate well within all levels of the organization, and be proficient in the technical skills defined above, with an understanding of physician practice management systems and electronic medical record applications.

  • Analyze institutions’ operational, clinical, and/or financial performance
  • Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and drive change management initiatives
  • Master the functionality of the software and develop expertise in product terrain

The Accounting Assistant will perform administrative functions and support for President and leadership teams.

  • Bookkeeping and Invoicing
  • Process Statements
  • Manage commission reports
  • Support and organize client contract

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal personnel as well as clients.

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Outlook).
  • Ability to be self-directed and take ownership of all responsibilities to completion.
