QRDA3 Generator

Capability

ReportingMD’s unique Quality Data Model (QDM) and QRDA3 Generator are embedded within the Total Outcomes Management (TOM™) application. TOM™ is ONC Certified for data collection, translation, aggregation, and submission of electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs). This powerful engine can take EHR data, QRDA1 files, CCD files, and other HL7 files and convert them to the QRDA3 file format. ReportingMD’s current system is certified based on the 2015 ONC specifications and therefore supports data aggregation accurately through the 2019 reporting year.
