Ambulatory Surgical Center Quality Reporting Program (ASCQR)

The Ambulatory Surgical Center Quality Reporting (ASCQR) Program is a quality data program under CMS. Under this pay-for-reporting program, Ambulatory Surgical Centers report on standardized measures concerning quality of care data.
