“Without ReportingMD in our pocket, our quality team would not be as successful navigating the constantly changing, elusive, and very complex requirements and opportunities that comes with quality analytics, and submissions.”

Community Health System Improves Quality with Strategic Partnership with all of their Stakeholders
By being able to amalgamate data easily and efficiently with a thoroughly knowledgeable staff, ReportingMD is THE choice for Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center
Gerald Champion joined forces with ReportingMD in 2018, utilizing ReportingMD’s Total Outcomes Management [TOM] Platform with Quality Insights, Integration, and Dedicated Advisors to deliver noticeably improved results. ReportingMD was chosen due to the unique capability to be able to seamlessly amalgamate data from various sources sufficiently and quickly into a singular patient quality dashboard. With ReportingMD’s quality platform delivering actionable content, Gerald Champion has improved their composite performance score continually over time since 2018 improving patient care and increasing quality bonus incentives.
As the Quality Program Manager on the physician practices side of a facility (which offers both inpatient and outpatient services) Jen Gruger has oversight over CMS quality programs and value-based incentive contract amendments from commercial payers. She and her team work with 75 + providers across 29 clinics (with a mix of PCPs and specialists) recommending performance chase or workflow changes to improve measure performance and patient outcomes. Aiding her with these responsibilities is a data analyst with a clinical background, which allows for more focus on the various incentive programs and the potential of how much more successful those programs can be. Having clinicians on their quality team also ensures that patients are always at the core of the program. There is heavy focus on ensuring that patients who are eligible for annual wellness visits are indeed getting those visits and that gaps and social determinants of health that are preventing patients from getting basic health care are addressed as well.
ReportingMD also offers the unique benefit of a team of trusted and dedicated advisors who are always available to answer any questions, whether these are quality incentive program questions coming from physicians, providers, or clinical leadership. Our dedicated advisors are extremely knowledgeable and are here with the answers whenever needed.
“We are beyond excited to partner with Gerald Champion on their strategic initiatives to improve the health of their population. We admire their organizational commitment to quality and ‘the best practices’ of having clinical, physician, quality, and administrative teams all at the table to successfully execute change.”
–John Zidansek, President of ReportingMD
